Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm, professional welcome to guests upon arrival and departure.
- Check-In/Out: Efficiently manage guest registration, key distribution, and billing processes.
- Communication: Answer incoming phone calls and emails promptly, transferring messages or inquiries as needed.
- Guest Assistance: Address guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with patience and problem-solving skills.
- Front Office Management: Maintain accurate records of daily transactions and lobby security.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with housekeeping, maintenance, and culinary staff to ensure guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in hotel front desk, guest services, or customer service is preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Technical Proficiency: Basic computer skills and familiarity with Property Management Systems (PMS).
- Professionalism: A positive attitude and a strong commitment to customer service standards.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
