Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and ensure a seamless check-in and check-out process using our Property Management System (PMS).
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
- Manage room inventory, reservations, and overbooking situations efficiently.
- Process payments and post charges to guest accounts accurately.
- Maintain the cleanliness and professional appearance of the front desk area and lobby.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs and room readiness.
- Assist in promoting hotel amenities, dining options, and local attractions to enhance the guest experience.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; previous hospitality experience is preferred but not mandatory for enthusiastic candidates.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating a welcoming atmosphere.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Proficiency with computers and basic office software.
