Responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly upon arrival and ensure a seamless check-in and check-out process.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails promptly and professionally.
- Manage the front desk reception area to ensure it is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
- Assist with mail sorting, package deliveries, and general administrative tasks.
- Handle cash transactions and operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately.
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints with patience and a problem-solving mindset.
- Monitor building security and safety protocols to ensure a secure environment for all guests.
