Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily hotel operations, ensuring the highest standards of guest service and satisfaction.
- Develop and execute business strategies to maximize revenue, occupancy rates, and profit margins.
- Manage the P&L, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures.
- Lead, train, and mentor a diverse team of hotel staff, fostering a positive work culture.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, vendors, and community partners.
- Ensure strict adherence to all health, safety, and regulatory compliance standards.
- Drive marketing initiatives and loyalty program engagement to enhance brand reputation.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in hotel management, preferably in luxury or upscale properties.
- Demonstrated success in managing P&L and driving revenue growth.
- Proficiency in Property Management Systems (e.g., Oracle Opera, ePeachtree, Micros) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
- Flexibility to work a variable schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Associate's degree or higher in Hospitality Management or a related field.
