Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.
- Manage guest inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with accuracy and efficiency.
- Handle guest complaints and issues promptly, escalating to management when necessary to ensure total guest satisfaction.
- Process payments and manage folios accurately using hotel property management systems (PMS).
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness and a pristine environment.
- Maintain a high standard of appearance and grooming according to hotel policies.
- Assist with concierge services, including local recommendations and transportation arrangements.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a front desk, concierge, or hospitality role is preferred.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Fidelio).
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and nights.
- Must possess a professional appearance and a positive attitude.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
