Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage guest check-in/check-out processes using PMS systems
- Handle reservations, billing inquiries, and payment processing
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests
- Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and discretion
- Maintain accurate records of occupancy and guest data
- Process daily financial transactions and reconcile accounts
- Assist with valet services and luggage handling as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Proficiency in Opera, Cloudbeds, or similar PMS software
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts (nights, weekends, holidays)
- Valid NYC hospitality license (Soma certification preferred)
- Basic math and cash handling proficiency
- Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency a plus
