Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm, professional greeting to all guests and assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
- Guest Relations: Address guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with empathy and professionalism to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
- Communication: Manage phone lines, email correspondence, and in-person requests while maintaining a courteous tone.
- Operations Support: Assist with lobby organization, mail services, and coordination with housekeeping and maintenance teams.
- Security Compliance: Verify guest identities, enforce hotel policies, and ensure the safety of all guests and property.
- Reservations: Update guest records and process new reservations using our property management system.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in hotel front desk operations or customer service is preferred.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Property Management Systems (PMS) is a plus.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Attitude: A friendly, outgoing personality with a strong focus on teamwork.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
