Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning and sanitization of guest rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and public areas.
- Change linens, make beds, and replenish guest amenities (soap, shampoo, towels) to a 'luxury' standard.
- Inspect rooms for maintenance issues (broken fixtures, leaks) and report them to the maintenance department immediately.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and stored safely according to safety protocols.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism when entering guest rooms.
- Follow strict time management schedules to ensure all rooms are cleaned within the allotted time frame.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to work night shifts (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Must be physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Basic English reading and writing skills required for safety checklists.
- Reliable transportation and a positive, professional attitude.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
