Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a smile, managing the check-in and check-out process efficiently.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
- Process payments and manage hotel reservations using our Property Management System (PMS).
- Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring high standards of visual presentation.
- Assist with concierge services, including local recommendations and transportation arrangements.
- Monitor security access and ensure the safety of guests and property.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality or hotel management certification is a plus.
- Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role within the hospitality industry.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel property management software.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment.
