Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Greet and welcome guests warmly, ensuring a positive first impression and answering any inquiries promptly.
- Check-in/Check-out: Efficiently process reservations, check-ins, and check-outs using our property management system.
- Operations: Handle cash transactions, credit card payments, and balance the daily house bank accurately.
- Communication: Answer incoming phone calls, manage email correspondence, and coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams.
- Security: Verify identification and ensure all safety protocols and fire regulations are followed at all times.
- General Support: Assist with concierge services and maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front desk area.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a front desk, hospitality, or customer service role is preferred.
- Availability: Must be available to work various shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software (e.g., Opera, Madeline).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
- Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; bilingual skills are a plus.
