Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Greet all guests warmly upon arrival and departure, ensuring a welcoming and professional first impression.
- Operations: Manage the front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and managing room assignments.
- Communication: Answer incoming calls, screen them appropriately, and take accurate messages or transfer calls.
- Admin Support: Process payments, handle billing inquiries, and maintain accurate guest records and logs.
- Environment: Keep the reception area tidy, organized, and inviting for guests and staff alike.
- Problem Solving: Address guest inquiries and resolve minor issues promptly to ensure a seamless stay.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous front desk or hospitality experience is not required. We value attitude and willingness to learn.
- Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Computer: Basic proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office Suite (we will train).
- Availability: Must be flexible to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Appearance: Professional appearance and grooming standards.
