Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas according to strict brand standards and safety protocols.
- Make beds, change linens, and ensure all amenities are replenished (soap, shampoo, etc.).
- Dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and mop floors to maintain a spotless appearance.
- Empty trash bins and replace liners throughout the hotel.
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards immediately to the Housekeeping Supervisor.
- Follow all hotel safety and security procedures, especially during the overnight hours.
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently during the night shift.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods (up to 30 lbs).
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Must be able to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
