Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and efficiently manage the check-in and check-out processes.
- Manage room reservations and update the Property Management System (PMS) accurately.
- Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with a proactive and problem-solving approach.
- Process payments, handle cash transactions, and balance daily reports.
- Maintain the front desk area to ensure a professional, welcoming, and organized appearance.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are ready promptly.
- Assist with concierge services and provide local area information to guests.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or business degree is a plus.
- Previous experience as a Front Desk Agent or in a similar customer service role preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel PMS software (e.g., Opera, Micros).
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Professional appearance, grooming, and demeanor at all times.
