- Administrative Support: Assist the management team with data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate guest records and reservations.
- Area Maintenance: Ensure the reception area is tidy, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Issue Resolution: Address guest inquiries and resolve minor issues immediately to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Schedule Coordination: Assist in coordinating front desk schedules and reporting any staffing needs.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience: Previous experience is a plus, but not required for this entry-level position.
