Responsibilities

  • Execute smooth and professional check-in and check-out procedures for guests using our property management system.
  • Manage reservations, room assignments, and billing inquiries with the highest level of accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for guest inquiries via phone, email, and in-person regarding services, amenities, and local North Carolina attractions.
