As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their entire stay. We value reliability, professionalism, and a positive attitude.
Responsibilities
- Manage the check-in and check-out process efficiently using our Property Management System (PMS).
- Greet guests warmly and professionally, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Answer incoming calls and emails promptly, resolving inquiries or directing them to the appropriate department.
- Process payments accurately and handle cash transactions responsibly.
- Assist with luggage handling and provide local tourism information.
- Maintain the front desk area to ensure a clean and organized appearance at all times.
- Handle guest complaints or special requests with empathy and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate (Entry Level).
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with computers and basic office software.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- A professional appearance and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
