- Process payments and manage financial transactions accurately
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Maintain detailed logs and reports of overnight activities
Qualifications
- Previous hotel front desk or customer service experience preferred
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficiency with property management systems (e.g., Opera, Fidelio)
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability
- Valid Washington State Food Handler's Card (or willingness to obtain)
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
