Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Greet guests warmly upon arrival and manage the check-in/check-out process with efficiency and grace.
- Operations Management: Oversee the front desk operations, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence.
- Reservations: Assist with making reservations, updating guest profiles, and managing room assignments.
- Information & Support: Provide guests with accurate information regarding local attractions, dining options, and transportation services.
- Financial Accuracy: Process payments, handle cash transactions, and balance daily reports to ensure financial integrity.
- Problem Solving: Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly to ensure a positive guest experience.
- Coordination: Collaborate closely with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience: Previous hospitality experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate for entry-level positions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable personality.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer proficiency with the ability to learn hotel Property Management Systems (PMS) quickly.
- Professionalism: Must maintain a professional appearance and possess a valid driver's license.
- Multitasking: Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
