Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Provide a warm and professional welcome to all guests, assisting with check-ins, check-outs, and inquiries with efficiency and a smile.
- Operations Management: Manage the front desk operations, including answering multi-line phones, handling mail, and managing the lobby area.
- Booking Management: Assist with room bookings, reservations, and coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Problem Resolution: Address guest concerns and complaints promptly, escalating issues to management when necessary to ensure a seamless stay.
- Administrative Support: Maintain accurate records of guest information, transactions, and daily logs using property management systems.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is a plus, but not required for this entry-level position.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Tech-Savvy: Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new property management software quickly.
- Availability: Must be flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as per business needs.
