Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Welcome guests warmly upon arrival and departure, ensuring a memorable first and last impression.
- Check-In/Out: Process guest registrations and check-outs efficiently using our property management system (PMS).
- Communication: Answer incoming phone calls and emails professionally, directing inquiries to the appropriate department.
- Lobby Management: Maintain a tidy, organized, and welcoming lobby area at all times.
- Information Desk: Provide accurate information regarding local attractions, dining, and transportation options.
- Problem Solving: Handle guest complaints or requests promptly and with a solutions-oriented mindset.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: This is an entry-level position; we train the right candidates.
