Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Check guests in and out efficiently using our Property Management System (PMS).
- Answer incoming phone calls and emails professionally, directing inquiries to the appropriate department.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Provide information regarding local attractions, dining, and transportation to guests.
- Assist with luggage handling and general guest services as needed.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby area.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or retail is a plus, but not required for entry-level candidates.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift moderate amounts of weight.
