Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out efficiently, verifying identity and payment information.
- Answer incoming calls and respond to guest inquiries via email and in person with professionalism.
- Monitor security cameras and access points to ensure the safety of guests and property.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby.
- Process payments accurately using the hotel management system.
- Handle guest complaints or issues calmly and escalate to management when necessary.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; prior hospitality experience is a plus.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, welcoming demeanor.
- Proficiency with computer systems and point-of-sale software.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate amounts of weight.
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
