- Manage seamless guest check-ins/check-outs during overnight hours with efficiency and warmth
- Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction
- Monitor hotel premises to maintain security and safety protocols
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance in public areas and guest rooms
- Handle cash transactions and operate front desk systems accurately
- Coordinate with housekeeping and security teams for operational excellence
- Document incidents and report maintenance concerns to management
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience preferred

- Ability to work independently during overnight hours
