Responsibilities
- Welcoming guests warmly and professionally as they arrive, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Checking guests in and out efficiently using our Property Management System (PMS).
- Answering phone calls and responding to emails with a friendly and helpful demeanor.
- Resolving guest inquiries, complaints, or requests in a timely and effective manner.
- Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby.
- Processing payments accurately and preparing bills for guests.
- Assisting with concierge requests and providing local area information.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with computers and basic software applications.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
