Responsibilities
- Oversee weekend front desk operations and staff performance
- Handle guest check-ins/checkouts with efficiency and warmth
- Resolve guest inquiries and escalated issues promptly
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Monitor occupancy reports and adjust staffing accordingly
- Train new weekend shift associates on hotel procedures
- Ensure compliance with brand safety and service standards
Qualifications
- 2+ years hotel front desk or supervisory experience
- Availability to work weekends (Fri-Sun) and holidays
- Strong conflict resolution and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in hotel management systems (e.g., Opera)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Basic knowledge of Milwaukee tourism attractions
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
