Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Greet all visitors and clients warmly, answering questions and directing them to the appropriate departments or individuals.
- Reception Management: Manage the switchboard and front desk area with efficiency, ensuring all calls are answered promptly and professionally.
- Check-In/Check-Out: Assist with the registration of new clients, including verifying information and processing payments or deposits.
- Administrative Support: Handle incoming emails, mail, and packages, and perform basic data entry tasks accurately.
- Area Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area and lobby at all times.
- Event Coordination: Assist in setting up meeting rooms and coordinating with vendors for event support.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in a customer service or reception role is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated candidates with no prior experience.
- Skills: Strong verbal communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Technical: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills.
