Responsibilities

- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls in a professional manner.
- Handle front desk inquiries, including directions, local recommendations, and service requests.
- Monitor building security, ensuring all doors and access points are secured appropriately.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby.
- Process payments and handle cash handling with accuracy and integrity.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous customer service or front desk experience is preferred but not required for entry-level applicants.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work various shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
