Responsibilities
- Lead hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, F&B, and maintenance departments
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty
- Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluation
- Monitor financial performance, budget adherence, and revenue optimization
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and brand standards
- Handle escalated guest concerns and resolve service issues
- Collaborate with sales team to maximize occupancy and revenue
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Minimum 5 years hotel management experience in luxury properties
- Proven track record in P&L management and revenue generation
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Knowledge of hotel management systems (Opera, etc.)
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
