Responsibilities
- Welcoming guests warmly and assisting with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
- Managing phone calls, emails, and front desk inquiries with professionalism.
- Processing payments and handling financial transactions accurately.
- Coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure guest rooms are ready.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming lobby area.
- Addressing guest complaints or issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred but not required (Entry Level friendly).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and property management software is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
