Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and maintain a welcoming atmosphere throughout their stay.
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, including handling luggage and answering inquiries.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby, front desk, and common areas.
- Answer phone calls professionally and route messages to appropriate departments.
- Handle guest requests and resolve issues promptly to ensure a 5-star experience.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure the property is pristine.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand, walk, and exert physical effort for extended periods.
