Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in/check-out processes.
- Ensure guest rooms are spotless, sanitized, and well-stocked.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
- Perform daily cleaning tasks, including making beds and vacuuming.
- Operate hotel equipment, such as phones, printers, and key cards.
- Assist with event setup and maintenance of common areas.
- Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to dress codes.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and early morning shifts.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 30 lbs.
- Valid ID and legal right to work in the United States.
