Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, ensuring a positive first and last impression.
- Check guests in and out efficiently using the hotel management system (PMS).
- Answer phone calls and emails promptly to respond to inquiries and reservations.
- Handle guest requests, including room service, valet parking, and local recommendations.
- Maintain the front desk area to ensure it is organized and professional at all times.
- Process payments accurately and balance daily cash drawers.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus, but entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
