Responsibilities
- Room Preparation: Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to meet our premium standards.
- Amenity Management: Stock rooms with fresh linens, toiletries, and amenities, ensuring an inviting atmosphere for guests.
- Maintenance Reporting: Identify and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards immediately to the Housekeeping Supervisor.
- Time Management: Efficiently complete cleaning assignments within the designated shift time to maximize guest satisfaction.
- Uniform & Grooming: Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to all company dress codes and grooming standards.
- Customer Service: Interact professionally with guests and fellow staff members, maintaining a positive and welcoming demeanor.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous housekeeping or custodial experience is preferred but not required for immediate hires.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 30 lbs for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Keen eye for spotting dust, dirt, and maintenance needs.
- Reliability: Punctual and dependable with a strong work ethic.
- Communication: Basic English communication skills required.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
