Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival and departure, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Check guests in and out efficiently, verifying payment methods and collecting necessary documentation.
- Manage incoming phone calls and emails, responding to inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Process reservations and modify existing bookings using hotel management software.
- Handle guest requests, such as restaurant recommendations, transportation, and local area information.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby.
- Assist in resolving guest complaints or issues to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus, but entry-level applicants are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly.
- A positive, outgoing attitude and a professional appearance.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
