Responsibilities
- Execute smooth and efficient check-in and check-out procedures for all guests, ensuring accuracy in registration and billing.
- Manage high-volume phone calls and guest inquiries promptly, maintaining a professional and welcoming tone at all times.
- Handle guest complaints and special requests with empathy and creativity, escalating complex issues to management when necessary.
- Assist with concierge services, including local recommendations, transportation arrangements, and restaurant reservations.
- Maintain a pristine and organized front desk area, including the reception desk, lobby, and public spaces.
- Monitor and manage inventory for the front desk, ensuring supplies are stocked and available.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs and ensure room readiness.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; hospitality certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a front desk or customer service role preferred.
- Proficiency in property management systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with guests and colleagues quickly.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
