Responsibilities
- Execute smooth and efficient check-ins and check-outs for all guests, ensuring a welcoming arrival and departure experience.
- Manage high-volume phone lines and email inquiries with a focus on responsiveness and courtesy.
- Resolve guest complaints and special requests immediately, escalating complex issues to management when necessary.
- Maintain the lobby area and front desk environment to ensure it is pristine, organized, and inviting at all times.
- Process financial transactions accurately, including credit card payments and cash handling.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and preparing daily reports.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms and public spaces meet our high standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a front desk, reception, or guest services role.
- Proficiency in Property Management Systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a proactive and service-oriented mindset.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 25 lbs) for luggage assistance.
