Responsibilities
- Supervise front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments.
- Manage the lobby area to ensure a welcoming and clean environment for all guests.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and efficiency.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness and facility upkeep.
- Train and mentor junior staff members on hotel policies and service standards.
- Monitor security cameras and building access to ensure guest and staff safety.
- Process payments and reconcile daily financial transactions accurately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Hotel management certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in hotel front desk or hospitality management.
- Proven ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on problem resolution.
- Proficiency in hotel management software and basic computer applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate amounts of weight.
