Responsibilities
- Check in/out guests efficiently while maintaining accurate reservation records
- Handle guest inquiries, resolve complaints, and coordinate with housekeeping/ maintenance teams
- Process payments, manage cash drawer, and operate PMS software
- Market resort amenities and upsell services to enhance guest experience
- Maintain security protocols and emergency response procedures
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams during peak shifts and events
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Proficiency in PMS systems (e.g., Opera, Delphi) and Microsoft Office
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) fluency required
