Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage guest check-in and check-out procedures, including verifying identity and processing payments.
- Respond to guest inquiries regarding local attractions, dining, and transportation via phone, email, and in-person.
- Maintain the front desk area, ensuring it is organized, clean, and welcoming at all times.
- Assist with concierge services, including booking restaurant reservations and arranging transportation.
- Handle guest complaints or special requests promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness and property upkeep.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in hospitality, hotel, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and reservation software.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
