Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service during overnight hours, including check-ins, check-outs, and concierge assistance
- Monitor hotel security systems and respond to emergency situations with professionalism
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for room readiness and facility upkeep
- Process guest payments and manage financial transactions accurately
- Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction scores
- Complete detailed shift reports and maintain accurate documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of hotel or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong problem-solving skills and customer service orientation
- Valid Pennsylvania Food Handler's certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Proficiency in hotel management software (Opera, Fidelio, etc.)
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Clear background check and drug-free certification required
