Responsibilities
- Guest Check-In/Out: Process check-ins and check-outs efficiently using property management software.
- Reservation Management: Handle incoming calls and emails regarding room bookings and inquiries.
- Guest Services: Assist guests with directions, recommendations, and resolving any on-site issues.
- Security & Safety: Verify guest identities and maintain the safety and security of the hotel property.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records of guest preferences and account transactions.
- Lobby Maintenance: Ensure the front desk and lobby areas are clean, organized, and welcoming.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a front desk or hospitality role.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Technology: Proficiency with PMS (Property Management Systems) and computer literacy.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Customer Focus: Ability to remain calm under pressure and solve problems creatively.
