Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out efficiently using our property management system (PMS).
- Answer incoming calls, manage emails, and respond to guest inquiries promptly.
- Handle cash, credit card transactions, and reconcile daily bank deposits.
- Resolve guest complaints and issues with patience and professionalism.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby.
- Assist with reservation requests and special guest arrangements.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; hospitality experience is a plus.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and PMS software.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Clean background check and valid driver's license required.
