Qualifications
- 1+ years hotel/reception experience required
- Flexible availability for day/night/weekend shifts
- Proficiency in PMS systems (Opera, Fidelio preferred)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations
- Basic knowledge of Oakland attractions and transportation
- Valid California driver's license (for airport runs)
