Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process using our property management systems.
- Answer incoming phone calls and emails promptly, addressing inquiries, making reservations, or routing calls to the appropriate department.
- Manage guest complaints or special requests with patience, empathy, and a focus on immediate resolution to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
- Monitor the front desk area, maintaining a pristine and organized environment that reflects our high standards.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately using the POS system and credit card machines.
- Assist with security protocols, including verifying identities and monitoring access to the building.
- Collaborate closely with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms and public areas are fully prepared for arrivals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality or customer service degree or certification is a plus.
- Previous experience as a Front Desk Agent, Receptionist, or in a similar hospitality role is highly desirable.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a polished and professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software (e.g., Opera, Fidelio).
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and nights.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
