Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and ensure a positive first impression.
- Check guests in and out efficiently using our property management system.
- Answer incoming calls and respond to guest inquiries via email or chat.
- Assist with processing payments and handling basic financial transactions.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby.
- Resolve guest complaints or requests promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness.
Qualifications
