Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, checking them in efficiently using our property management system.
- Manage guest check-outs, process payments, and resolve any billing discrepancies.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests with a focus on problem-solving and high-level customer service.
- Answer phone calls and emails promptly, providing information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and directions.
- Assist in maintaining the lobby area and public spaces to ensure a clean and welcoming atmosphere.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Front Desk Agent, Receptionist, or in a similar hospitality role (1+ years preferred).
- Strong computer literacy, specifically with PMS (Property Management Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods and work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- A professional appearance and a positive attitude.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and push luggage carts.
