In this pivotal role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience from check-in to check-out.
Responsibilities
- Provide a warm, professional welcome to all guests and visitors.
- Manage the switchboard, answer incoming calls, and transfer to the appropriate department.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining the front desk logbook.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and aesthetically pleasing reception area.
- Process cash payments and credit card transactions accurately and securely.
- Perform light administrative duties such as data entry and filing.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Agent, or in a similar role preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
