Responsibilities
- Develop and execute seasonal menus across all hotel outlets (fine dining, room service, banquets)
- Lead, train, and inspire a team of 15+ culinary professionals
- Manage food inventory, cost control, and supplier relationships
- Ensure HACCP compliance and maintain highest sanitation standards
- Collaborate with F&B Director on concept development and profitability
- Oversee special event catering for 50-500 guests
- Drive culinary innovation while maintaining signature Grand Luxe standards
Qualifications
- 10+ years progressive culinary experience, 3+ in Executive Chef role
- Formal culinary degree from accredited institution preferred
- Proven expertise in high-volume, luxury hotel operations
- Strong knowledge of Midwestern and international cuisines
- Advanced food safety certifications (ServSafe/HACCP)
- Exceptional leadership and team development skills
- Experience with inventory management and cost control systems
- Portfolio of successful menu development and execution
