Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including bed-making, dusting, vacuuming, and bathroom sanitization
- Restock amenities and supplies in guest rooms and common areas
- Report maintenance issues and lost items promptly to management
- Adhere to strict hygiene and safety protocols established by OSHA and CDC
- Collaborate with room attendants and supervisors to ensure efficient room turnover
- Perform deep cleaning tasks in public areas including lobbies, hallways, and conference rooms
- Handle guest requests with professionalism and discretion
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional housekeeping experience preferred
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 30 pounds repeatedly
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Valid work authorization in the United States
- Attention to detail with high standards of cleanliness
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to follow instructions precisely and work independently
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment operation
