Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Provide a warm welcome to guests and ensure a smooth, personalized check-in and check-out process.
- Reception Duties: Answer multi-line phone systems professionally and handle guest inquiries with a smile.
- Lobby Management: Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming lobby environment at all times.
- Reservations & Billing: Assist with room bookings and process payments accurately.
- Problem Solving: Address guest concerns promptly and escalate issues to management when necessary.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in a front desk or hospitality role is preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with Property Management Systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Professionalism: A polished, professional appearance and demeanor.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
